2 Free sessions!

-That's right! The first 2 sessions are free!

-The first session will include going over goals, capabilities, and experience. The session will end with a fitness assessment.

-The second session will be a custom-tailored workout depending on your goals and fitness level. It also provides an example of what a typical session would entail.

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING PRICES AND PACKAGES

There are two options for 1 on 1 personal Training.

1. Single Session-$65

2. 5 Session Package- $300 ($60 Per Session)
